Shipping is free with Canadian purchases over $100 before taxes and after any applied discounts.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, health, safety + hygiene, we do not accept returns of opened/used purchases. If you receive the wrong item and/or a damaged item, please contact us directly.
We do not accept returns of *sale items, *supplements,* food or *beverage items, *face or *body or *beauty tools for any reason.

Unopened, in store *purchases, with original receipt, may be exchanged or receive a store credit within 7 days. *see above exclusions

Yes, we offer *refills on certain items in store. Those items will be listed as "REFILL IN STORE' on their individual pages.
